My Wishes for Future Dishes

After sampling most of Lite ‘n’ Easy’s dinner menu, I reckon there are some dishes these dudes should look at doing.

• Chicken Provencale
• Moroccan Lamb Shanks with Saffron Rice
• Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta
• Beef Goulash
• Beef and Red Wine Ragu

There are some others I would like to but I can’t remember them.

I reckon these would do well in a cook/chill system which I think is what Lite ‘n’ Easy utilises.  I wish there was a customer’s request page on the Lite ‘n’ Easy site to request new dishes.

 

My Microwave

Panasonic NN-S3D76S Inverter Microwave

This is my microwave I use for cooking Lite ‘n’ Easy at home.  I’m not sure of the wattage but I do know the cooking times are spot on for Lite ‘n’ Easy dinners.
