About Lite? 2 Easy!

About Lite? 2 Easy!

Welcome to my culinary journey through the Lite ‘n’ Easy dinner menu. During the next few weeks, I will try as many Lite ‘n’ Easy dinners as I can and report back on each one of them.

The point of this exercise is not to lose weight, although such an outcome is not unwelcome, but rather to sample the range of dinners from the Lite ‘n’ Easy menu and provide an insight into how each meal performs, how it eats and how tasty it is.  I’ll try and describe what I do and don’t like about each dinner.  I’ll take snaps of the packaging before they’re nuked and when the lid is removed.

Throughout the period, I will cook the dinners solely in the microwave, but I understand the meals can also be cooked in a conventional oven.

This is not my first encounter with Lite ‘n’ Easy dinners having purchased meals from the company in January last year.  I really enjoyed most of the meals but I didn’t keep track of which ones were good, bad, average or whatever.  So tuck in and see if you agree with my reviews.

It’s chow time…

Hey thanks, Ev. Admittedly, these are only my opinions and I have different tastes but I hope people can get a better understanding of the overall quality and quantity of these meals.

Hi, I have had Lite’n’Easy a few times and like you, hadn’t rated them, but now I am trying it again it is hard to remember what is good and what isn’t. I appreciate your reviews as it may help me make new selections, although I do believe a lot is obviously personal taste too. Personally my favourite is the beef korma, you should try it 🙂

I have found your blog to be extremely helpful in helping me decide what to order next…
e.g. I hate peas, so anything that had heaps of peas in the photo, I will avoid lol

Thanks for the effort in taking photos and all 🙂
